How much do you keep with an in-app purchase revenue calculator?
Apple and Google both take a commission on every in-app purchase and subscription sold through their stores. The standard rate is 30%, meaning you keep 70 cents of every dollar. This in-app purchase revenue calculator turns your gross revenue and that commission rate into three numbers that matter: net revenue (what actually lands in your account), the platform fee you hand to the store, and your effective keep as a percentage.
The big exception is the Small Business Program. If your developer account earned under $1M in the prior calendar year, both Apple and Google drop their commission to 15% β so you keep 85% instead of 70%. Subscriptions that run past a full year on Apple also fall to 15%.
