Reverze ("Reverze", "we", "us") operates the website at reverze.io and the App Store creative tools available on it. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. If you create an account, we store your email address and an authentication record (passwords are hashed by our authentication provider — we never see them).
• Guest sessions. You can use Reverze without signing up. A guest is a real anonymous user with its own identifier, created so your work and usage persist and can be upgraded to a full account later.
• Content you provide. When you use a tool or the editor, we process the images, screenshots, and text you upload or paste in order to return a result.
• Usage data. We record how often you use each tool and feature (for example, how many AI generations you have made in the current window) to enforce free-tier limits.
• Abuse-prevention signals. To stop automated abuse of our free AI tools, we derive a device signal and a salted, non-reversible hash of your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address for this purpose.
• Cookies and local storage. We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage for your session, selected theme, and language. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate the tools, generate AI results, enforce fair-usage limits, prevent abuse and fraud, maintain security, improve the product, and communicate with you about your account or requests.

AI processing and sub-processors

Some features send your content to third-party processors strictly to perform the requested operation:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• OpenAI — powers our AI features (for example headline, keyword, and subtitle generation, and screenshot analysis). The relevant text and, where applicable, images are sent to OpenAI to produce a result, subject to OpenAI's data-handling terms.

Several tools (such as background removal, image compression, and text extraction) run in your browser or on our servers without sending your images to a third-party AI provider.

Data retention

Account data is retained until you delete your account. Content you upload to a free tool is processed to produce your result and is not retained longer than needed to deliver it. Guest usage records are kept for the duration of the rolling free-tier window.

Your rights and regional privacy laws

Your privacy rights depend on where you live. To exercise any of the rights below, email us at zedextech0@gmail.com — we will verify your request and respond within the time your local law requires. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR)

We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the tools you request), on the basis of our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, and improving the product), and on your consent where the law requires it. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.

California (CCPA / CPRA)

You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access and delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Brazil (LGPD)

You have the rights to confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about with whom we share data, and to revoke consent at any time.

Japan (APPI)

We handle your personal information under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. You may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of your retained personal data.

South Korea (PIPA)

We process personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act. You may request access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing, and you may withdraw consent to processing at any time.

Mexico (LFPDPPP)

You have your ARCO rights — Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition — and you may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data.

International transfers

Reverze operates globally, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own — including by the sub-processors named above. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA, the UK, or another region with transfer rules, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect it.

Children

Reverze is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
